Lucy Spraggan gets engaged to her girlfriend during romantic boat trip
Former X-Factor contestant Lucy Spraggan has proposed to her girlfriend during a romantic boat trip.
The couple got engaged after being together for around a year, and took a trip down the Thames on a boat on Sunday evening, the same day that Spraggan’s new single ‘unsinkable’ was released.
Spraggan and Georgina Gordon were joined by friends and family on the boat trip.
The singer shared a photo of the couple kissing, with Gordon showing off her new engagement ring.
It was captioned with the words: “I guess I’ll confirm the rumours… . Love you all.”
The singer quit the X Factor in November 2012 due to illness but has since released several singles.
