A candidate for Governor has revealed all the details of his sex life to ‘avoid scandal’
A gubernatorial candidate in Arizona has published the details of his sex life on his campaign website in order to “avoid scandal”.
In a bid to back up his calls for honesty, Noah Dyer is hoping to clinch the Democratic nomination by revealing everything from his past.
Mr Dyer, who is known as Noe, hopes his honesty will help him unseat sitting Republican Governor Doug Ducey in 2018 if selected.
On his website, under the ‘Scandal and Controversy’ section, the former teacher reveals his sexual explorations.
“Noah has had both deep and casual sexual experiences with all kinds of women,” it reads.
“He is an advocate of open relationships. He’s had group sex and sex with married women.
“He has sent and received intimate texts and pictures, and occasionally recorded video during sex.
“Noah has always been forthright with his partners. All of his relationships have been legal and consensual, never coercive, or abusive, and he condemns such behaviour.
“Noah is unapologetic about his sexual choices and wishes others the same safety and confidence as they express themselves.”
On the same section of the site, Mr Dyer states that he has “spoken out very harshly when religion is used to defend intolerance and bully with mysticism” and stated that he had made his social media public for people to browse.
Approached by Fox News, Mr Dyer said America’s political dialogue was broken and he hoped his honesty would convince others to reform.
“I think people want honesty from their politicians, and I’m willing to give it to them,” he said.
“I don’t think most things are relevant to my platform and my ability, but to the degree people think they are relevant, that is a choice for them to make, not for me to make it for them.”
Arizona hasn’t been very progressive when it comes to LGBT rights and recently tried to ban gender reassignment for prison inmates.
The State was also left with a $500,000 legal bill after it tried to stop equal marriage.
