Deadpool is launching the Cards Against Humanity-style game you never knew you needed

If you, like many others, have grappled with the difficult decision of whether to watch Deadpool or play Cards Against Humanity (CAH), your prayers have been answered.
The game ‘Deadpool vs the World’ has been announced, and is described as a Cards Against Humanity-style adult party game featuring everyone’s favourite anti-hero.
Entertainment Weekly reports that the game will feature 100 custom illustrations of Deadpool, and has a similar style of gameplay to Cards Against Humanity.
Most importantly, the cards are dry-wipe, and have fill-in-the-blank phrases similar to CAH.
Players will have to make up their own scenarios featuring Deadpool, and in CAH-style, whoever creates the funniest, wins.
The game’s creator, USAopoly, released a statement saying: “Winning requires players to tread outside of their comfort zone and fill in the blanks of cards that elicit inappropriate responses, ensuring outcomes of surprise, shock, and outbursts of laughter.”
The game will go on sale in the summer and retails for $24.95 (around £18).
It will go on sale to coincide with the release of Deadpool 2 which will see Ryan Reynolds reprise his role as the hero.
The sequel to the box office hit was announced back in 2016, but little has been revealed about the Merc with the Mouth’s second time on the big screen.
It has been revealed that the film will feature a bisexual and polyamorous superhero.
Shatterstar, who has appeared in Marvel comics since 1991, will star alongside Ryan Reynolds’ pansexual Deadpool in the as-yet-untitled sequel to the 2016 smash hit.
His kiss in 2009 with gay superhero Rictor was the first same-sex kiss in a mainstream Marvel comic.
Reynolds last year unveiled the first photo of the character Cable from the upcoming movie.
The star shared the photo of ‘Milk’ star Josh Brolin as Cable with the caption “your premium cable provider”.
Marvel’s Runaways also has a lesbian superhero, in the shape of Karolina Dean, a main character who slowly realises her sexuality while also figuring out her powers.
However, Marvel also moved to quash speculation that two warriors in the newly-released film Black Panther would be in a lesbian relationship, sparking outrage and accusations of erasure.
