The former actor said she was forced into having oral sex with Weinstein.
“At a certain point, you have to think about the greater good of humanity, of womankind,” she said.
New York Police Department have said that there is enough grounds to investigate.
Weinstein is under criminal investigation in New York, Los Angeles and London.
The movie mogul is one of many disgraced names that have come out since the #metoo scandal.
Although the allegations against Weinstein spearheaded the movement, the likes of Kevin Spacey and Amazon Studios exec Roy Price have come to light.
Anthony Rapp started a wave of allegations against Spacey.
He said that he when he was a fourteen-year-old boy.
In the case of Roy Price, The Man In The High Castle executive producer Isa Hackett accused Price of harassing her and making comments about her sexuality.
Hackett, who identifies as a lesbian, said that the exec shouted “you will love my dick” and “anal sex!” in a series of harassing remarks at ComicCon in 2015.
“I feel inspired by the other women who have been far braver than I am, who have come forward,” Hackett said in a statement.
She reminded members of the public that Hollywood is “an infusion of new and diverse leadership, not just including women but gay people, people of colour, people with disabilities — people with the full spectrum of life experience.”
