Gentlemen, start your engines… the first trailer for RuPual’s Drag Race UK is finally here
RuPaul’s Drag Race UK has released the first trailer for the season that lands in less than two weeks.
The promo starts with the British cast re-enacting a classic soap scene with a twist – someone stole The Vivienne’s facekini.
The ten queens are interrupted by RuPaul hanging from a mirror warning them to “prepare for the ride of your life”.
The kitschy kitchen then somersaults into a queer disco powerhouse.
The UK queens pout, strut and sashay around the neon room, showcasing singing wigs, glitzy outfits and a levitating death drop.
The trailer has had a warm reception on Twitter, to say the least.
Laila McQueen, star of RuPaul’s Drag Race season eight, declared it “one of the best RuPaul’s Drag Race promos ever”.
