Four famous drag queens are taking part in a literal drag race for LGBT+ charities and it’s going to rev your engines.

Attitude Magazine have teamed up with Jaguar for a brand new online mini-series, Jag Race, hosted by Drag SOS’ Cheddar Gorgeous.

RuPaul’s Drag Race alumni Courtney Act, Peppermint as well as Drag Race UK star The Vivienne and the North-East’s premier show girl Miss Tickle will be sashaying into their car seats and literally starting their engines all for a good cause.

They’ll be hopping into Jaguar’s all-electric I-PACE in hopes of scoring the £10,000 cash prize to be donated to their chosen charity.

A still juicy £6,000 remains for the overall runner-up, and £2,000 for the remaining queens, all courtesy of the car manufacturer.

The Vivienne:  “Courtney doesn’t know what she’s let herself in for today.”

Two episodes are out so far, Heat One and Heat Two. The Vivienne taking on Courtney Act (with two million people tuning in for the premiere), while Miss Peppermint went wig-to-wig with Tess Tickle in the latter.

Miss Peppermint said ahead of the race: “I’ve got my eye on two prizes: number one, the charity money. Number two, both those tool boys.”

With Drag Race UK dropping today, The Vivienne has already sped ahead as a fan favourite.

She said: “Today I’m absolutely thrilled because for once, I’m going to be driving a car that I haven’t actually robbed.”

“Courtney doesn’t know what she’s let herself in for today. She’s going up against a Scouser and I fight til’ the end.”

The charities in play via the Attitude Magazine Foundation are the Albert Kennedy Trust, Stonewall Community Foundation, Sahir House and Angel Trust.

You can support the girls chosen charities by donating here.

The two winners of will then face off against one another in the next episode airing on 7 October.
