Gender fluid American Horror Story actor Harry Hains ‘shone bright for too short a time’.
“A brilliant spark shone bright too short a time,” she added. “I will miss you Harry every day of my life.”
She finished her post by inviting those in LA who knew Hains personally to attend a service in his memory.

He had also signed with modelling agency Chadwick and released music under the stage name ANTIBOY, which he described as a a “gender-fluid robot from the future”.
A brilliant spark shone bright too short a time. I will miss you Harry every day of my life.
In an interview earlier this year with Boys by Girls magazine, Hains said he was gender fluid and used he/him pronouns.
“I know that I am born male but I don’t think I represent what it means to be a man,” Hains said. “I believe we should be whatever we want. It gets kind of confusing when we start labelling ourselves, so I try to stay away from labels.”
Just last week, he wrote on Instagram that 2020 would be a ‘new era.’
He added: “I grew up in Melbourne and I had a very open and accepting family. Dating someone of either sex didn’t make a difference to me.”
Hains’ memorial service will take place at Hollywood Forever in Los Angeles on January 12 at 3pm.
Just last week, he posted a photo of himself celebrating New Year’s Eve to Instagram and wrote: “TO 2020! The NEW ERA has already begun.”
He continued: “So let’s all keep only moving forward, staying so present to enjoy each & every moment throughout this beautiful new BEGINNING – HAPPY N3W YEAR peeeeps.”
Hains ended his post by saying he had “so much love and gratitude” for all of the people in his life.
His mother did not confirm his cause of death in her Instagram post.
