Tiger King star Dillon Passage flouts strict lockdown rules to attend a reality TV star’s raucous boat party
Joe Exotic’s husband Dillon Passage is facing anger from fans after ignoring lockdown rules to attend a raucous party on a boat.
Passage, whose husband Joe Exotic is still in prison, was photographed kissing Too Hot to Handle star Bryce Hirschberg at a party to celebrate the reality star’s 30th birthday.
The pair both uploaded clips to their Instagram Stories of the party, drinking and dancing the night away aboard the packed-out boat in in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles.
The former zoo worker wrote: “Birthday boy. The man, the myth, the legend! Marina Del Rey, b****es.”
Tiger King star broke lockdown to go to boat party.
The party has sparked anger, as Los Angeles is still subject to a stay-at-home order that requires people to only leave the house for permitted activities, and to maintain social distancing at all times.
However, a rep for Hirschberg insisted to People: “They had 15 people on the boat at a time max.
“With people switching on and off throughout the day while having someone clean and do temperature checks before boarding.
“Everyone else hung out on the dock and beach area. Bryce made sure to have his birthday over the course of two days so that everyone could attend and enjoy time on the boat.”
However, the spokesperson failed to clarify how the boat party was actually abiding by the social distancing rules.
Dillon Passage and Joe Exotic are still together.
Passage may be enjoying his new-found fame, but he has made clear that he is staying married to Joe Exotic.
He said in April: “I’m not going anywhere. Joe was there for me in my darkest moments. I’m not going to just abandon him when he needs support more than anything.”
Asked if he still loves Joe Exotic, Passage said: “Oh yes, 100 per cent. He’s still good to me, even from in jail.
“He’s just very supportive of everything I do, and he’s always worried and wants me to be happy.”
Passage has urged Donald Trump to pardon his husband, driving to the White House in an enormous tour bus emblazoned with his husband’s pleading face and the words: “President Trump please pardon Joe Exotic.”
