Britney Spears says she was ‘surprised’ by her celeb wedding guests in adorable celebratory post

Britney Spears celebrated her two-month wedding anniversary by thanking the celeb guests who ‘surprised’ her on the big day in a sweet Instagram post.
The pop superstar married her long-term boyfriend, Sam Asghari, on 9 June in an intimate ceremony that saw the loving couple surrounded by big-name stars. Spears sang a duet with Paris Hilton, danced with Selena Gomez and even recreated her iconic kiss with Madonna at her wedding celebrations.
The “Toxic” singer revealed on Instagram that she’s still in wedding bliss as she shared more details about her “fairytale wedding”. Spears shared a picture of the dance floor of her wedding reception and a “special” white car that had a beautiful floral decoration above a “Just Married” sign.
“Guys just two months ago I got married !!! Can you believe it ???” Spears wrote. “Going to Disneyland soon, my happy place !!!”
She then thanked Drew Barrymore, Madonna, Hilton and Gomez for “surprising” her and attending her nuptials.
“Thank you to Selena for telling me all she wants is for me to be happy 3 times !!!” Britney Spears added. “It was a very, very, very special wedding !!!”

Hilton previously spoke about cancelling plans to work with president Joe Biden in order to make it to Britney Spears’ wedding.
The reality TV star told Jimmy Kimmel Live guest host Chelsea Handler that she was invited to DJ in front of “all the leaders of the world” at the Summit of Americas event in Los Angeles on the same day as Spears’ wedding.
“And I’m like, ‘No, I’m not gonna to miss that,’” Hilton recalled. “They’re like, ‘We’ll send a helicopter and you can fly back and forth.’ And I’m like, ‘I’m not going to be the one landing in and out of Britney’s wedding in a helicopter.’ Like, come on.”
Hilton described the wedding as “one of the most iconic nights” of her life and revealed she was emotional as she saw Britney Spears walk down the aisle.
“Seeing her walk down the aisle, this angel, who’s just had a horrible time these past 13 years to finally have her freedom and to be able to do what she wants and have that happy fairytale ending was just beautiful,” Hilton said.
