Married At First Sight UK couple April Banbury and George Banbury clashed on honeymoon after April kissed another woman.
Things got off to a rocky start for the couple after George, 40, dropped the bombshell that he had had four children to 32-year-old April.
After they tied the knot and went on their honeymoon in Wednesday night’s episode (31 August), things only escalated.
April asked for some alone time, only to end up in a hot tub playing spin the bottle.
Soon enough we found out she he had kissed another woman in the hot tub, leaving George in tears.
“It was heartbreaking and a massive kick in the teeth,” George said. “She’s been intimate with somebody else. I’ve been cheated on.”
However, April insisted it was all innocent, saying: “We were mucking around, all playing dares and stuff, I’m really sorry if it has upset you but I didn’t even think anything of it. It really was nothing.”
She even said that she thought he might like seeing two girls kissing, which did not sit well with viewers.

Viewers have been divided over how the situation played out, with some saying April was in the wrong and others believing George was overreacting.

“Why do people think kissing the same sex when not gay isn’t cheating? Whether or not April thought kissing another girl was fine, George sees it as cheating.
“So rather than gaslighting him she needs to be apologising for her behaviour & have some self reflection,” another person wrote.
Another added: “Isn’t cheating cheating? Does it matter what gender it is? It’s still wrong to kiss anyone. It didn’t mean anything to her but it meant something to George and she doesn’t acknowledge his feelings.”
On the other hand, another viewer said: “April and George both seem too sensitive and fragile for this experiment.”
And another said about the kiss: “Well that’s nowhere near as bad as they’ve made it look.” While another said it was “childish but not cheating”.
Married At First Sight UK is already off to a chaotic start.
This year, the series features two same-sex couples – however one pairing almost fell apart at the altar.
